The Fitness Lifestyle - It's Not A Permanent Diet

Have you ever tried to diet your way to a better body? I have a slight suspicion that you have, and I'm willing to bet that you will at some point that the food set. Any mention of the word "diet" will leave most people with horrible memories: restrictive, boring and just sounds awkward.

Why, I ask? Why? Simply put, a diet is not a solution, it's a marketing gimmick. They are all temporary and short-sighted attitude that you will fail.

When you think about it, to win for somebody, weight, you need to live a lifestyle that provides for weight gain - whether from overeating or lack of physical activity. The weight not only to you directly over night. It may take years of bad habits to achieve your current level.

Crunch Time!

Have you noticed how much time do people in the gym on the floor crunches spend? Bobbing away, 10, 30 sometimes even 100 of crunches.

Funny how the people down there on their backs seem to have the biggest bellies!

My new customers will often say;

"I do 100 crunches a night, but I still can not lose my belly?"

"Can we crunches, because the needs of the area I improve?"

"I really want six-pack abs that I know I need to do a lot crunches."
